    tilt trim problem w volvo penta/ possibilities?

    Model 856X4L... cigarette lighter works but not for everything

    i can't use my cell phone charger or my portable tv. in fact i think my cell charger shorted out. my air compressor works fine and so does the lighter itself. i'm thinking a loose ground or short but how do i find out? thx dave
