    horn works, why?

    a couple of weeks ago i posted that my horn didn't work. nothing at all!! went out this weekend & for the h*ll of it pushed the button & it sounded. tried it several X's & it sounded every time. could it of been wet or something? why now & nothing before?

    time for new plugs?

    Afternoon gents, 85hp, this set has at least 50hrs on it. she didn't fire up right away like she usually does & that got my attention. i don't like staying on the starter anymore than a couple of seconds.

    muffler underwater at launch

    i sometimes use a launch where the tailpipe ends up under the water. could this or will this give me problems later w/ the muffler or rear brakes or anything? i leave the car running so not to create suction into the muffler & i get the boat off & on pretty quickly.

    replacing port side bunk

    mornin' gents, 16' boat, weight 1500lbs. need to replace the port side bunk. anything i should plan for or look out for? i have a 1 ton floor jack & a couple of jack stands once the boat is off the trailer. i only need to lift one side. looking for some ideas on the best way to do this. thanks dave

    Hello all, should i change the entire water pump or just the impeller? is it that much more work to do the whole job? would like to save a few bucks but not at the expense of bad gasgets or corodid plate etc, etc.... kit = $85 impeller = 15 sleeping at night = priceless!
