    Fuel problem 2000 90 Johnson

    Only way to keep motor running was pumping primer bulb . VRO was disconnected years ago . How do I check fuel pump ? And NO I don't want the VRO reconnected . Thanks

    1992 60hp Mercury-quits running

    1992 60hp Mercury Ser#0D142687 Starts up and runs about 100 yds and quits .Does not appear hot . After waiting a while it starts up and runs about 100 yds and quits again . Where is best place to start looking . My first is coil but it has three so its not logical for all three to go bad at once .

    Eagle dept finder/Hummingbird transducer ?

    Lost transducer off of a Eagle depth finder .I have a transducer off a Hummingbird , cords are similar , spliced the cords together . Thought I'd try and see if it will work as don't have anything to lose . Does anyone know if this will work ?

    spark plugs for 1992 60 hp mercury

    Went to get the NGK brand for this engine but they didn't have so they crossed over to Champion and gave me these plugs there is two numbers on package 936-1 and below is L78YC my question is are these plugs okay for this engine ?If not what is the correct plugs or better yet What is the best...

    Original owner was told "You don't have to mix oil in the gas" so he didn't ,engine had to be rebuilt.Now the oil is mixed with the gas .Oil injection has been disabled,electrical connections are disconnected .My question is can I remove the plastic container , there is a tube at the bottom...

    Any help would be greatly welcomed on this . Hard to start ,have to spray gas in carbs ,I do not hear a click when key is pushed in , should there be a click(note key is in the on position when pushed in) ? How do I check .

    1992 60hp trim motor goes up by itself ?

    Tilt and trim motor started by itself always goes up , started after peep hose came off inside motor and pumped a lot of water in it .Have to keep battery disconnected . It doesn't do it all the time but to make it stop running you have to hit the down position button on the motor .Would welcome...
