    Last weekend I cut my transducer wire with my trolling motor( pulling it up and had to turn the head) I know they say your not supposed to cut the wires but has anyone ever spliced the transducer wire? Did it work? Thanks in advance.

    Passenger seat bit the dust

    The passenger seat on my Ranger finally gave up (I appears the wood rotted where the folding frame attaches to the seat back)--is there and easy fix for this or will I have to cut the vinyl and replace the whole structure? Looking for something fast and easy until I can afford all new seats...

    New to me Ranger 354v

    Picked this one up from my dad--is 1991 354v with 1993 Merc XR6. This is an awsome boat on the water. Needs a little bit of cosmetic work and a few electronics fixed. Bust she has run flawlessly for me on three trips to the lake this month. Glad to see other Ranger people.

    What if anything would I notice from 3 to 4 blade prop

    I am looking for a spare prop. I currently have a 14" 25p on a Ranger 354v with 1993 Merc 150hp. Top speed 68mph rpm 5500. Would a 4 blade be safer. Not looking for more speed, gas savings, or hole shot just wondering what if anything a 4 blade would give me.

    Bow mount fish finder won't power up

    I have a 1991 Ranger 354V-which has an electrical panel on the bow of the boat. The panel has two rows for ground (3 upper and 3 lower) and the same for power. I checked at the panel connection and get 3amps(using volt ohm meter) I get the same reading on the power cord for the fish...
