    If it is the intake rail that only tends to leak when running harder. The vette wouldn't leak at all until it got up to 3500 rpms and stayed there for a few seconds. Figured it out in the driveway running. There ain't too many places to leak back there.

    I personally like the morel 7717s as far as oe style lifters go... the cheaper ones I've watched come apart on well... stock builds post 2020 so I can't say I trust even the GM replacements anymore. FYI, SBC gen 1 and standard ls/lt lifters are interchangeable if you use the factory roller 350...

    It was just a skim to bring it back to deck level and fill the pin holes... still tacky when I stated glassing so all good. I've got some glass on the deck but I'm sitting in the a/c... its 106 in the garage and the fumes are killing me at the moment.
