    Fuel sending unit

    I have a 1994 Albemarle 265. I want to change my float arm sending unit to a tube type. By doing this it will help with better reading and not sloshing in the tank. I'm not sure want type would work with my vdo gauges. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks

    I want to upgrade my alternator from a 55 amp to 100-120 amp. I can't seem to find one that has the same wiring. Mine has 4 wires and a jumper. Most I havew found are 3 wire or less. How can I make them work in my case?

    I have a 94 evinrude 48 spl. The threads are stripped on the drain screw. I have the helicoil insert to put in. My question is since the helicoil is longer than I need, should I cut off what don't need or leave it it as whole peice? Thanks
