    Just Wondering...... Bravo 3 impeller question

    Is there a type of strainer that coud be added "in-line" on the exit side of the impeller pump to gather pieces of the impeller (if it shreds) before it gets to oil cooler, T stat, etc. Mine went recently and the last few pieces were stuck in the Heat Exchanger. Thanks.... Rick

    For those of you that use muffs for flushing

    This works great.....It will not slip off when you turn the water on and it may save your impeller or engine.. just slip on the muffs, line up the holes and insert rod through both holes...

    clarification on closed cooling system please

    5.0 M/C 0m012817 / Bravo 3 Does a "half system" mean that there is no " coolant/antifreeze " going to the risers at all? If that is correct than any loss of coolant from the overfill bottle, or heat exchange, could not be leaking from a riser gasket...:confused: I'm pulling the risers...

    Just came back from 1 hr Intercoastal cruise (slow speed) Noticed that the temp gauge was over 200 but holding steady. ALWAYS runs at 160, Risers warm/cool to touch.... Should I start with thermostat, or go right to impella? Dont know when the Impella was done. Thanks! Rick
