    impeller shaft rubber piece proper installation

    Installing new impeller kit and its not clear which way the rubber seal goes on. it flanges out on one side( not like the original). Does the flanged end go in toward cover or out.

    confusing info on water shutters:

    Hello, im getting confusing mixed info for replacing the 14348 2.5 X 4.5 mercruiser water shutters. the ones they want to give me have the shaft in the center but my old ones have an offset shaft. thes are from the v6 4.3 mercruiser vortex. Any insight is greatly appreciated
