Don't see how even if someone had the tool could get you all the measurements. I have the Bravo pinion tool 91-60526T and the parts are welded together.
Page 1 (12,900) - I'm reading the truck would need the Tow/Haul package and max tow axle
Page 2 - conventional tow 3.73 axle (10,300) with super crew 4x4 and (10,000) with Tremor package
The DTC indicates voltage is out of range, so there is voltage it's just not where it should be. Don't know if it's the ECM or a connection. Hopefully the test should indicate where the issue is
Opinion
Bad install by the manufacture, a small washer was used and the Gelcoat is cracking under the stress. Should have used something much larger to displace the pressure over a larger area.
If they used a SUPPORT plate in would have been better
Your saying the carb is running out of fuel because the pump stopped running?
So you can pump the throttle when it won't start and there is no fuel squirting down the carb?
The pump is powered by 2 different connections
1- When key is turned to start and motor is cranking, power comes from the...
With error of TPS voltage low, this kind of like telling the ECM I don't know exactly where the throttle is, so don't know how much fuel motor is given.
What is the DTC code?
Disconnect and remove lower shift cable. Start motor and move cable in/out and find the center spot for neutral. Adjust barrel so cable just reconnects.
