    Yeah i think you were the only one that didnt know that... the eddy 1409 and 1410 are marine rated (600 and & 750 cfm respectively) and are basically copies of the webber carbs Merc used a while back to the OP - depending on what his original set up was for carb and throttle linakge- I think...

    yes was off on serial number . 1.98 is for a 3.0 4 cylinder . V8 will take a 1.47 or 1.62 ratio.

    I would say that is probably an earlier MC1 which is a bolt in swap With an alpha one. Giveaway will be the lifting eye on top of the drive can you post pictures? you need to make sure it is the right ratio for your application. Can remove the top cover to see

    It’s just below the lube vent plug on the port side of upper just below mercruiser sticker will have the serial number and drive ratio, will also be stamped in drive under the mercruiser sticker if you have the serial number this is the best way to order parts

    What is the serial number on your drive? To my knowledge yes the 315 works for all the internal clip ones but if u get A different measurement let’s take a look what are the other dimension of the joint...
