    Did you inspect inside of tank? Pickup could be blocked. Bad gas, gelled or trash. If it has antisiphon valve it could be blocked.

    Seems like some portion of the motor may sit below waterline. edit looks like most of crankcase is below surface at least below planing speed.

    Can you get rid of water in foam flotation, and if so, How?

    The only way I could see working involve sealing boat in some type of air tite bag and hooking up a vacuum pump to draw negative pressure. This would cause other issues and take quite some to boil off the moisture. Crazy idea right?

    New Engine Replacement - Engine Died and Hydro locked after 5 hrs!?

    The high whine has been attributed to using aftermarket fuel filters vs oem. Mine had a noticable whine to it but switching to vp brand from sierra didn't make any difference. Your problem cuttng off could be a loose electrical connection. Good Luck.

    I exchanged the 15by15 for the 14.5 by 17 using TP prop exchange program. Since TP doesn't seem to have a prop to turn my engine at target rpm it looks like I'm going to sell this last tp on ebay and get the michigan wheel 14.5 by 18 4 blade.
