    I have no experience here but remember reading in a service manual that the flats on the actuator need to be in the vertical position or you can experience a symptom called feedback. FWIW

    Replacing the elbows solved it for me, the original elbows were trashed. I also replaced the exhaust hoses as the hose from the Y pipe to the down elbow was toasted. post a pic of yours when you get them off.

    They sharpen their teeth on anything and I've had an occasion of a fuel tank on a string trimmer that was nawed thru. And then attack the wiring to the fuel injection on my boys car.. Micky mouse is not my friend anymore!

    I don't know much about them, been in business for a long time, the 220 I have is heavy and I relate it to a CC 210 I had previously. The CC was more agile the searay is a Cadillac in comparison..

    Process of elimination is the only way I know of. I'd probably start with the solar panels If the diode fails they can leak battery power during dark hours.

    Your at a place where your probably better off gutting the boat rather than trying to piece it back. Even if most of the decking is just wet but not rotted the stringers under the deck are. A total resto can be easier than repairs.

    If the battery is disconnected/switched off then the v check is moot, My bad

    I think the voltage check was to rule out stray current generated by the boat. In any case the anode doesn't appear to have lost much.

    Been in fresh water for a year and a half, It's doing the job it was designed for. I would replace it with a magnesium.and see how that works for you.

    Can't see it. Stray shore current does eat them.

    You are right, the only thing I found hard was the availability of a cherry picker tall enough, I had to take the wheels off the trailer.

    I have never used the telephone cord tied to my wrist, if I were in a race boat I would. The safety on the anchor is in my opinion a necessity.
