You might wanna peruse this thread: https://forums.iboats.com/threads/read-this-first.282907/ Then, once we have that info, we can better assist you. Without that info....who the heck knows if you're lugging the motor and if so by how much you need to drop pitch??? Best WAG right now...

    20 Member family Vacation

We just got back from ours. (5) cabins rented, (4) boats, (1) jetski all on a local lake. We share meals - each cabin gets a night and cooks for the lot. Local winery less than 1 mile away keeps the spirits flowing - pun intended.

    A disaster waiting to happen

I'm not surprised anymore by the things people will do with their boats. The number of them I saw mis-loaded cruising at 70-75mph on the highway is easily in the high teens. I saw a few that were uncovered with totes/loose gear that were one panic stop away from redecorating the highway with...

Centering boat on trailer (solo) without trailer guides? or DIY guide advice

Sure the OP does. Just takes a bit of imagination and a few simple hand tools. Could be done with a hacksaw and a drill...maybe a couple beers if its hot out. Unbolt the winch from the post. Insert shim - Homely Despots sells steel stock in varying thicknesses/lengths. Bolt back down. Easy Peasy.

    Battery discharge. ...normal?

Talk to your dealer. It's new....has a warranty - use it. Not getting anywhere with them? Call Regal direct - bet the number is in your owners manual.

    Livewell pump issue

Are you sure its primed? With mine, I need to back up to force some water up to the pump before it starts working. So if you have power and feel the pump humming away, that's where I'd start.

Centering boat on trailer (solo) without trailer guides? or DIY guide advice

Granted mine's smaller and glass but I have a total of (4) bunks on mine. All support the transom. The (2) outer most ones go maybe 1/3rd-1/2 of the way up the hull. The (2) inner ones go maybe 1/2-2/3rds of the way up the hull. The front of the boat is basically unsupported. From your...

    Vinyl trim replacement

I think, and could be wrong, what the OP is saying is this.... The panel as manufactured, had the vinyl insert laid down first. Then the C channel trim installed, possibly with rivets, with the rub rail insert added last. IF its like the rubrail I'm thinking of, the black rubber insert may...

    HarborMasterCover

Umm....I'm not sure what you paid for the cover, since Wally World lists one at a whopping $71 but often you get what you pay for. In comparison, the trailerable cover I bought for my boat, custom fit, was over $700....roughly 10x what the Harbor Master lists at. Mine's going on 3 years, looks...

    Vinyl trim replacement

To me....that looks like the stuff rub rails are made out of. To me....it looks like the manufacturer.... Installed the metal channel Installed the rubber insert Bent the ends down over the edge Installed the trim panel Without being there, that's what it looks like which would make it a...

    Broke down out of town.

Is there a Tractor Supply or other home/farm store nearby? Because they sell axles as well. May be worth a trip if you know the measurements.

    It's Time!

If you look at some of these restos, they started out with great ambition and tight timelines.....right up until they found out there were other issues lurking which required addressing. So....I would be very, very flexible with timelines starting any kind of project. If you have my kind of...

Easiest way to weigh a boat

https://www.jegs.com/i/Tanner-Racing-Products/406/50520/10002/-1?_br_psugg_q=scales# Got a spare +3k? Could offer it as a service going forward. Just need a jack to lift the trailer up OR pull forward onto the scales.

Trim cylinder rebuild - Seized inner pin (closest to transom)

Autozone rents/used to rent tools like pullers - I did it to move the pulley from a PS pump... Anywho it was a security deposit and you got that back when you returned the tool so all in all - freebie.

    Liquid Transom hmmmm?

@archbuilder used Seacast, I believe, on one or more of his boats. To pour in you need to have the skins intact on both sides of the transom (inner and outer) so you may need to do some work prior to your pour.

    New Boat blues

I have to ask....did you investigate what motors were offered on the SeaRay before pulling the trigger? https://specs.boatguideweb.com/specifications/sea_ray/sport_series/220_sundeck/ Seems the boat was optioned with the lowest available motor so...yeah, performance isn't going to be the...

Easiest way to weigh a boat

Know a Trooper who does semi inspections? They have portable scales for when they make all semi's go through spot inspection to determine if they are within their allowed weights.
