    Yup, Bonaroo is a music festival. Woodstock-esque, but I think I only recognize one act in the whole lineup. I've been out to it a couple of times way back in it's early days. Offhandedly worked with the guy who started it up, and got to go. It's MUCH bigger now.

    At least on the lakes around Middle TN, Google Maps lists many of the boat ramps, and has quite a bit of detail on them.

    Harbor Craft is out of business. You can see a little about them HERE. Most likely they were a flash in the pan builder from the trailer boat days. Lots of boats like that one (Hurricane, Four Winns, Viking, etc.), so it wasn't hard to make a "me too" product. Welcome aboard.

    Got pictures? Chrysler made a few stern drives (know little to nuthin' about 'em). Volvo, Chrysler and OMC would all have been white drives back then. The Chrysler engine would have to marry up to the OMC intermediate. So, if it's truly a Chrysler glued to a OMC, then you've got a frankenmotor...

    Is this a "new to you" boat, or has it performed better in the past? If it's new to you, I would start by confirming simple stuff: gear lube is good, ballgears are in good shape, good fuel flow, good compression, carb is clean and adjusted ... etc.

    It's actually a Chevy 153 I think. 120HP. 4,000 to 4,400 should be your WOT RPM. And with that prop and pitch, you should at least get the RPMs if not the speed.
