Just thought I'd share a nice photo.

@GA_Boater I have a few more. I didn't take too many ... didn't take the good camera, wasn't quite aware of what I would see and I certainly couldn't get good shots of them in the air. This is the cockpit of the C140 above. Another Travelair ... I'm not really familiar with these. Gotta' look...

Never been this close to a Spitfire before. Stinson Reliant has always been a favorite. And a beautiful Cessna 140

Just thought I'd share a nice photo.

P40 Warhawk and a P38 Lightning. Only a couple of the planes here. I've never been to Oshkosh / Air Venture before, and I'm absolutely amazed at it. That is the Goodyear blimp. He did some night demonstrations that were pretty fun to watch. Heat dome wasn't too bad. The locals thought it was...

Spending a couple of days at Air Venture ... not great shots, but some fun:

    1969 Glassmaster 17' trihull

Not sure. I'm not really familiar with that engine.

    1969 Glassmaster 17' trihull

That's an OMC electric shift. In 1969 there was only one V6 for them Buick/Jeep 225. You should find a tag on the engine somehwere - typically rear engine mount - and it should read something like HUFM-69M

New to omc bought I think 78

Yank the drive from the boat. Separate the upper and lower gear case. Impeller is at the bottom of the upper gear case. Make sure the upper gear case will turn by hand/hand tool. If it will, then you're in good shape there. If it doesn't then you might have a locked up upper gear case. With the...

    1969 Glassmaster 17' trihull

You want to figure out two things: which engine and which drive. Your drive could be Mercruiser, OMC or Volvo. Black is most likely Mercruiser, white is either Volvo or OMC. The engine is most likely a Ford or Chevy. Photos of the drive should tell pretty quickly what you have there. There...

    Boat identification

Welcome aboard. No idea who's it is. As likely as not it's a Sears or Montgomery Ward, but you can do some looking HERE and see if it matches anything.

    2002 Mercruiser 3.0 Bayliner Capri 1750 speed/rpm

3.0 in a 1750 should go faster at WOT. Your RPMs should be up closer to 4800 and your top speed should be closer to 40. I cruise in my 1950 at about 3200, making about 30MPH. Same prop as you.

    Sunrunner section

If you're looking for specific details about Sunrunner boats, you can ask in the forums - and still get quite a bit of help. The manufacturer subforums typically aren't overly active (though, some are).

We've still got some of the subforums that didn't make it when we converted the forum software. Looks like ya' found one :) @colonel_sanders

Purpose of this hatch? And can I waterproof it?

Can't quite tell, but I'm gonna' guess it's a cooler. If there's a small drain hole somewhere down on the bottom, my guess is that it drips water out the bottom of your deck.

    What model is my boat?

^^^^ Seats were probably made by a supplier back in the 70s anyway. Most likely they were back to back lounges.

    What model is my boat?

LOL ... oh. :p Try this here are boat specs for 1977 from iBoats: http://boatspecs.iboats.com/Sylvan_Marine__Outboard__1977/bp/32br1491bt3y And if they fit, I think the T160 is a good candidate. The one in the ad sheet below is an I/O but they had OBs too.

    What model is my boat?

HA! I dunno' the model, but one of the families on our lake had one when I was a kid. We'd play chase out on the lake some together ... couldn't miss the boat when it was out with the "Quasimodo" hump on the back. Sylvan is still in business. Their historic catalogs on line only go back to...

Just Another Day on the Water

I use a tow service here in Tennessee. Haven't needed it yet with the Bayliner, but the Silverline konked out on me a couple of times. Well worth the money spent. Sounds like you have a great Admiral, when she can roll with it like that.

    Duratech Skier

Welcome aboard: Duratech is no longer in business. Not sure that their website is being maintained by anyone. Look over at our restoration forums for some aluminum rebuilds: that can give you some ideas on the transom.
