    Yes, but you won't like it. I've done it a few times in a pinch but only cuz of time constraints (fellow commercial rig). Your best bet is to follow previous posted advice and fully inspect all components of the transom assy. Was the recently replaced bellows, etc oem brand parts?

    You need a different service provider Same sad story as with most dealerships. They sell you new, cash the check and sever all ties. Only reason they have service is for warranty because they have to as part of the agreement with manufacturers.

    If you've split the drive before you've seen the coupler. Its between the upper/lower driveshafts I'm saying you should worry if you don't fail a vacuum test.

    Likely broke the coupler between the upper/lower units when you struck something with the prop. Coupler is designed to fail. Have to split the drive to inspect/replace You need to check the prop shaft runout as well. Volvo has a pretty tight tolerance, like .003" or something ridiculous like...
