my boat won’t sit on the front bottom roller

Definitely need a picture. Often rollers are just in use while boat is being loaded and when the boat is at a different angle than when the the boat is finally all the way up on the trailer.

When do you pull your freshwater boat?

Yep!!! People that think there is all this condensation happening don't understand. There is also this article that explains in terms of how much water air holds https://www.yachtsurvey.com/myth_of_condensation_in_fuel_tanks.htm

When do you pull your freshwater boat?

Mercury says as empty as possible with ethanol fuel and you treat what is left. Full if non-ethanol.

benefits of side bunks..... are there really any?

My old trailer had side bunks and new trailer doesn't. I don't miss them as I only launch and retrieve once a year in a very protected area. In a cross wind, they are very useful.

    LiFePO Batteries ???

That is very odd. You should not be having problems if the voltage stays above even 13.0V. What did you have it set to? What happens when you have a low battery and the alternator is cranking out the amps at idle?

    Pontoon trailer setup

Doesn't seem like your trailer is designed for hook end springs. What does Karavan say when you show them these pictures? I may have said this before...I would get eye end springs and use shackles on the opposite ends from the equilizer. That of course assumes your hanger is in the correct...

    Dust Cap Woes

Use a punch to get them out...don't use old races to install new ones. I use the tool in my previous post to install. Using the old races is a rookie move and you may actually shatter the old race by striking it with a hammer.

    Dust Cap Woes

I put my races in the freezer before I install. They go in easily...no press needed. I do use a race setting tool though. Something like this...

    Sacrificial Aluminum Prop

Depends if you started to get into the "yield" portion of the aluminum. Aluminum props can actually crack like you suggest and there are many cases of props losing blades because of it. You won't see it on a 90HP outboard like my pontoon has but you might see it on a 300HP outboard. It's one of...

    Sacrificial Aluminum Prop

I had one boat where we switched to a stainless from an aluminum prop. For identical altitudes, we had to go with 1" less pitch on the stainless to account for blade flex(pitch reduction). We actually tried the identical pitch first but no longer reached the WOT RPMs that we got with the...

LOL...I was expecting a BS answer from you like that!

    Sacrificial Aluminum Prop

You don't think an aluminum prop will hold its flex...let's say under acceleration? You aren't an engineer are you? And where do you get this 1/100" BS? The flex of a prop depends on blade thickness, blade pitch, prop diameter, HP and torque of the engine turning it among other things.

    Sacrificial Aluminum Prop

Sorry to burst your uneducated bubble but aluminum props do flex. Even stainless steel props flex but not as much as aluminum. You aren't going to get them to flex with your hand! That was just hilarious! Stainless steel props can be made less thick to provide the same amount of strength...
