    You "checked" the fuel water sep.....If you removed it ,you should have replaced it.If the vst was as dirty as you stated then that is telling you something.....I have never seen one as dirty as you stated. Did you replace fuel pumps??? I had same issue and replaced everything you have mentioned...

    I have had ZERO luck with any interstate battery I have ever owned .Every one has failed in less than 5 years with absolutely no warning at all.Cranking on Monday and dead on Tuesday.If Interstate batteries were half price on sale I would still take a pass on them.Charlie

    f90 stalled twice this evening

    Its not the bend in the line.Change fuel water sep.Check the fuel that you poured out of the sep after it sits for an hour or so .You cannot tell if there is any water immediately.The old fuel will separate into layers.Change the fuel filter as well.If same issue, change out the fuel...

    I would do the fuel pumps.Fuel pumps are simple and inexpensive to replace.There is an expensive filter inside the vst tank.I would clean or replace it.Charlie

    I painted a MUCH larger aluminum boat with Interlux monopoxy enamel.This was a long time ago so not sure if same paint still exists.I actually painted a fiberglass boat as well.Both came out great.Highly recommend.Charlie

    A/C unit hose

    Heat gun on the hose end, twist the hose once it softens to break the seal.Keep heating the hose and it should slide right off.Charlie

    Thru Hull Replacements

    Not a common practice however if anything looks suspect just replace it and go from there.I just replaced one on a boat same age and this particular one was quite easy as far as access and getting exact size replacement.Not all thru hulls are easy access.Charlie
