    Trailblazer for Tow Vehicle?

And not a chance in hell I would tow that heavy of a boat with that vehicle. I wouldn't even tow that heavy of a boat with a Tahoe!

Can't decide who's the most annoying

No home phone anymore...not needed. My cell phone, which is a Pixel, has call screening. I just turned 65 so the Medicare junk mail just went in the recycle. Not sure why this is a big deal to people and why it annoys them so much.

    Shifting problems

Higher RPMs cause shifting out of gear to be harder. Shifting into gear won't matter. Of course if running on muffs, RPM doesn't matter much since no load on the dog clutch pawls.

    Shifting problems

You shouldn't be shifting without the engine running. It's a poor test and puts pressure unnecessarily on your shift cable. Many years ago, I changed out my console shifter to a Gen II and new cables and the shifting went from just marginal to silky smooth. Definitely recommend it.

    5.0 GXi oil extraction

Sounds like your engine pan is empty. If you really don't believe that, unscrew the dipstick tube from the fitting at the bottom of the pan and then unscrew the fitting. This isn't rocket science! There hasn't been a camera made in the last 30 years that has only 640 pixels. My very first...

    VP DP-SM drain screw leaking

And make sure it's actually leaking from the drain plug. Few ways oil can leak in that area. May even be wise to pressure test with that plug in place. Spray soapy water around until you see where it's actually leaking.

    5.0 GXi oil extraction

Duct tape and a thin piece of molding works fine. I had a septic tank inspected and that's how he did it except he used a piece of copper pipe. He said the phone was way better than his $2K inspection camera.

    VP DP-SM drain screw leaking

I always replaced the o-ring every time I changed gear oil. The one thing you HAVE to do is cover the threads with tape before sliding the o-ring over them. The thread will damage the o-ring if you don't. To me, the o-ring looks like the correct one. I had the exact same drive.

    5.0 GXi oil extraction

On a Volvo, the dipstick tube should go to the bottom of the pan where it connects to a fitting that replaces the drain plug. That is why using the garden hose fitting should work fine. Might want to see if that is still the case with your engine in case someone has changed it. Don't waste your...

    Which hull brands to avoid

I have owned 2 Bayliners. Now granted they are older than 2000, I would still never buy another one. And yes...I have been on and seen the newer ones.

Need Help Selecting New Trailer Brake Kit/Actuator

I had a trailer I dunked in salt water and just bought the Kodiak dacromet rotors and calipers. I made sure I rinsed the brakes after I got home and I never had an issue. The big disadvantage of stainless rotors is heat dissipation. If you aren't running in mountains, that is probably not an...

    Trailer Wheel

I believe most auto wheels already have positive offset so a spacer would put it in the wrong direction.

Make sure it is a zero offset rim. Most auto rims are not.
