    last 2 builds i had no cradle but i did make sure that the bottom was well supported and not flexed by bunks i can see a hull getting out of shape by a roller and then you glassing inside and that keeping the out of shape shape , same with bunks if not on a chine

    seal that wood up good that is more important then anything else, if you are worried about the screws i would use 4200 or pl marine and dab it in the holes before running screws in if not going to drill oversize and epoxy and redrill.

    if you cut two holes with holesaw in each cavity it will allow excess foam to come out then you plug those holes and put your last layer of csm or 1708 across floor and done. you need to use at least 2lb closed cell foam or it will absorb water, in other words great stuff not gonna do it for you...

    clean bilge with good degreaser loom up wires and clean up install but painting is just a coverup if there is no problems go for it if you see a problem fix it :)
