    well rained all day so i guess it will be a few days before the glass i installed cures since humidity is so high , will probebly pull carbs off the yamaha and clean them and do some spring shop cleaning till it drys out ... rain sucks lol

    Painting a new transmission

    def need etching primer or the paint wont stick it will peel pretty quick, here in fla they have two different suppliers for screen enclosures one does zinc chromate on all the metal then paints other dont, in a year or so the other is trash anywhere near coast.

    hey i meant to ask how big was spectrum and how did it act with a bracket? i was going to bracket my 17 footer but everyone said it wasn't wise of course a aquasport dont seem to be as wide as those.

    got the cap flipped yesterday ugh that was tough alone seemed harder then when i did the trophy, but anyways got it flipped and ground out floor installed i did 1 half inch then csm then another half inch so the floor should be much stronger for us famine proof folk! ran out of time so couldnt...

    just seems like so much wasted space with the way the stringers and cross members were made 2 ft wide bulkheads and what not id rather have floor hatches with some storage plus all that foam has to be heavy, but i also worry that the foam might be what gives the bottom structural integrity?

    im actually thinking cutting all this foam and stringers out since half if the stringers were never wetted out properly to begin with and replace with conventional stringers, not using any foam and using the below deck as storage since there is so much room after removing the crappy stringer...

    cmon ... you know me much better then that :) however it is amazing that it is dry i guess they did use the correct foam compared to other boats.

    Since cold snap i went ahead and replace water pump on the 150 top housing was completely melted maybe 1%waterflow, most likely it went into limp mode so someone had replaced impeller but guess they missed the top housing was melted and blocked even if i wind up trading down id never wanna send...
