No way to identify the unit just from the “style” of the connector. You would need the pin-outs to have even a remote chance.
Even if you could even identify the unit, there is no way to determine if the transducer is operational without buying a finding and buying a unit to test.
Do...
Been wrenching for way too long for that.....torqued the head bolts on the New Holland (diesel) a couple of weeks ago to within 3 inch pounds by feel.....lol
We do a lot of automation upgrades. A lot of the old stuff still out there, mainly because nobody knows how it works anymore. Had a customer a while back asking us to integrate with his GEM80
Helped people out with this problem twice.
1. Installed 25” motor on a 20” transom.
2. Showed them how to trim the motor properly. Torque should all but disappear when properly trimmed.
Changed mine out for Allen head long ago

“Master” switch should shut everything off on the boat except bilge pumps which are wired direct to the battery
Not necessarily.
Most switches anymore are “make before brake” switches…the new connection is make before the old is terminated.
.
Previous boat the radio and an external speaker hung under the helm.
On the current boat, radio is mounted in the electronics box on the hardtop. No problem hearing radio working the transom
I disagree.
The pitch at the Major looks pretty consistent.
Flanged head, black oxide bolts are almost always hardened, typically grade 8. They don’t stretch, they break.
I agree with the others…..the alternator would be my first guess.
