    Buy the Volvo parts if you got $$ 450-500 each. Osco is a US company 179$ one manifold. They sell parts here but no manifolds.

    #2 pic says you need risers. The clog is in an area that isn't readily visible, the crack shows failure and it won't be long before it goes through and back into a cylinder or 2

    #9 called the Head assy. has an o-ring that goes bad and leaks. The head assy. can't be bought unless you get real lucky. Or you find someone who has a tilt cyl. laying around, I might have one if needed??

    Sounds like the holes didn't align right. Take it back out and reinstall. Then grease it while running.

    Take it for a ride, have someone drive the boat, get it on plane and 2/3 speed. Then go back and hold your hand on the riser and if it's too hot to hold?? Then replace the risers.
