Find a cover/ tarp maker but gonna be expensive !! Also check for old car collectors/ restorers as the folks that redo the interiors also make boat covers as a side line, for normally less money.

    which wheel bearing cap

The seals usually fail from the back side, just look back there for signs of grease comming out. Most seals fail from over filling, most greasable hubs have some type of way to tell when they are filled.

Years back my old Taurus wagon was front wheel drive and towed 2200 lbs boat and trailer with O issues. I am not a fan of front wheel drive vehicles, but on a slippery boat ramp, they...

    6hp tohatsu won’t turn on

Pull plug and squirt a very small shot of gas into the cylinder, put plug back in and see if it fires. If it turns out to be a carb issue, your vetter off to get a rebuild kit and rebuild the original carb, getting an aftermarket could be another issue/ problem....

Do you care about speed ? A 20 hp 4 stroke will be a little slower than a two stroke, in order to maintain your current performance, you would probably need to go to at least a 25 hp 4 stroke..
