    Welcome to iboats If the exhaust exits out of the Snout, the answer is NO You need to buy the Correct Props for your engine, and some diligence is required when looking at Prop listings. Yo might have to contact the prop manufactures to find out if they have any that fit your engine.

    Fuel pump may be the issue, but many pumps have been replaced, when the problem was the pump couldn't pump what it couldn't get.

    If something in/on the Starter Circuit was what tripped the Breaker, pushing it in, might result in the Starter Cranking the Engine, either by remaining untripped for a bit, or just being held in.

    I think the Hope was, any Blowby, would raise the Crankcase Pressure above Atmospheric and that would push the vapours out

    Most I/Os just vent the Crankcase to the Flame Arrestor. Some Volvos do have a PCV valve, but also have a Hose to the Flame Arrestor from one of the Valve covers. Just clamp the hose on the fitting as mentioned above

    That shaft has a Serious Bend in it, even if it were possible to straighten it, the metal has been stretched and would likely start to crack on the rebend. I certainly would be replacing the Housing, for the reason I previously said.
