    Most shops will not put the Plugs back, because if there is still any puddled water in the Engine, and it were to get sloshed around while the boat was being towed to where it is stored, it will be able to drain, and not residing in the waterjackets, waiting for a Freeze

    It would be wise to pull the engine, just to make it easier to inspect for Cracks on the Back of the engine, and make it easier to clean up the mess. Since all the Oil Passages were full of the Irish Creme, it will take time to get all the water out. The lifters are likely filled with it too...

    This is a 3 Cylinder 2 Stroke, think of it as 3 separate Engines, with a Common Ignition System, and Block. Each Cylinder has it's own Crankcase, otherwise it would not run.     Welcome to iboats It it the actual Fiberglass, or just the Sponge that is glued to the cowl. Also where, the side, or the top? It wouldn't rub for long as the Glass isn't very thick.
