    To guarantee to get it straight would involve to apply equal pressure divided across the head (impossible by hand) this is only good to clean/de-burr the surface of the head preventing from sanding dips in it. To "repair" a warped head it would have to be machined (if still possible)

    Yes . it seems to match up with the schematic you thought, like I said; sometime people add/change components that will work from different years. It interesting to see that they made Chrysler motors in Barrie, Ontario (about a hours drive from me)

    There's a hidden bolt under the exhaust-snout, remove that first & followed by one from each side alternating to prevent binding-up. you may have to tap it to come loose & be ready they're not light
