On crank no fuel to throttle body mercruiser 305 EFI

It's almost never the coil Most cases it's a bad connection or the old style module. The old modules had grounding problems, so Merc went from to 2 wire to a 3 wire module. The 3rd wire was a ground wire. Do you have 2 or 3 wires coming out of the dizzy?

On crank no fuel to throttle body mercruiser 305 EFI

Welcome Most likely we will need your motor serial number, but until then Looks like TBV distributor So it will not start on it's own but if it's given a shot of starting fluid it will continue to run? Measure voltage at the Battery and then at the coil. Is both the Bat voltage and coil...

1992 Nissan NS90A alarm at low speed, Dies above 3/4 Throttle

Welcome Never worked on a Nissan but your getting an alarm and then the motor starts to die. Need to do some testing Did find that the Nissan is actually a Tohatsu just rebaged Crank slow can come from a weak battery, bad connections or the motor is over heating. Take a IR temp gun and measure...

    Merc 115 4 strokes 2001 ECU/fuel pump problem

Have you tried replacing the relay, check clean and tighten contacts on relay? Merc ECM's apply a ground to one side of the relay coil. When ground is applied the relay energizes and makes contact across 85 to 30 to power the FP The pic below is not your motor but how the FP relay is powered...

Throttle movement but no increase in engine rpms

I stand corrected, old medium and small outboards used less than inch pitch and currently high end Rev4 and Enertia Eco XP using special alloys Question, other than a Bravo 2 who has ever put a 18 inch diameter prop on a Alpha or Bravo drive?

I have to do a gimbal bearing and bellows etc, I have a question regarding the shift cable. Merc A1 G1 3.0

Scratch that no need to remove Detach, loosed shift cable bellows and pull it out some. Might attach a string to end in case it's pulled somewhere hard to get at edit: won't be able to replace shift bellows this way

Throttle movement but no increase in engine rpms

This doesn't add up, 4 blade aluminum to 4 blade stainless and same pitch. Maybe if the aluminum was damaged

    4.3gxi bad temp sensor?

Motor of voltage for TPS looks good, MAP is a bit low, should be closer to 4.9 but 5V ref is a tad low Once started the MAP should be around 1.4v With IAC counts so high there is to much air for the fuel. Might move the bad running ECM to the good motor. Don't move the good to the bad,

    Rear water port near deck

My guess is the boat use to be in salt water and that is a fresh water flush port. It's probably missing a cap

    Rear water port near deck

Welcome I have an idea but first, what boat is in pic? There should not be hot water coming out of it while running. It might be a flush port that should be capped off until used. Where does the hose go to on the other side?

    4.3gxi bad temp sensor?

Which other sensors have you swapped? Measure 5V reference voltage on the MAP or TPS What voltages does Techmate show for TPS and MAP? What is your fuel pressure at the rail? Don't think it's the temp sensor right now

WOT RPM Low. MAG350 MPI B3

Scott, it's a Merc so most likely 43 psi, Volvo Penta is 50-60 FP can change a few psi, like 40 at idle and 43 or so at WOT What are originals and what rpm was being able to turn prior to motor work? Depends on your motor serial number, most likely NO Rinda should be able to provide injector...
