    pressure test the motor's water jacket. it should hold 15 psi that manifold looks like it may have froze. at a minimum, you need new exhaust manifolds.

    you read wrong. muffs when the garden hose is turned on full will produce more pressure than your pump produces. no tell tale on muff means you didn't have the spigot on full, or you have an issue.
