    Is it cavitation or slip/flex? Have an old 14 x 19 aluminum prop with little, if any cup left that does the same thing. No problem over-powering it coming out of the hole Take it off and put the 15 x 15 Stainless prop back on and the problem goes away.

    Oil laying about and 2 strokes go hand and hand. The nature of the beast ;) How old are the fuel and oil line? The oil line will start to permeate over time. Same thing for oil tanks. All bets are off after 10 years of service

    My bad.....considering most motor manufacturers recommend the use of a 10 micron or better fuel filter, a rock and stick collector isn't the first thing that comes to mind when someone says "fuel filter"
