    Get the oem manual. And a 2foot long HUGE snap ring plier set. You will need both to work on these things, also shimming guages if you can find them. If I remember right I thought the springs were in an assembly.

    Had builds mixed up. There is one with a gaping hole feet long here somewhere. That one has to flip. Yours is a bow rider and cap needs to come off to do the front the right way but all you need is a cradle

    When I did mine it was not necessary to remove cap. I had full access to everything. I also didn't need to flip hull either. My trailer has 4 bunks that are straight and flat so hull didn't move and didn't have to worry about getting cap back on. You are 180 to my build so cap off and flip...

    So have had it out 5 times all with issue. Old prop....slip? Buy new prop... slip? Find fwd switch overtraveling causing what I thought was a bad prop. Next test... loose fuel pump. Buy new pump and test. then Peters out after 15 min run time .... replace coil and ballast resistor..... Test...

    I found windex removed wax pretty good and was cheap. I had not removed it right away and it got hard. had to scrub it off with scotchbrite/windex

    That looks like a electric to me. port ( left ) you have a hole where wires pass thru. If you look inside you should have the 2 wires for where the drive connects.
