    ???-----Did you look under fuel system for the mixer unit ?--------Did you look under crankcase to find the oil tank ????-----Not sure what the issue is.----But those all came with an automatic oil mixer from the factory.-----But every one that I have , has had that " mickey mouse" system...

    Parts are available , but it takes time to find them.-----And often parts from other models can be adapted if you know how.----Sadly , Honda and dealers would rather sell new motors than assist with the older models.

    That water pump was first used on the 1980 model 7.5 HP 2 stroke.-----There is nothing wrong with the design of the pump.----Find the real issue here.----Water in your test bucket is 20 cm above the impeller ?

    Plugs do not foul these days on a 4 stroke.-----Fix what is wrong with the Honda !----Thermostat in place and working ?----Proper voltage going to the plugs on this " older " Honda ??

    It is NOT a valve issue.------Load test the battery.-----Take starter apart for inspection.-----Drain / change gear oil.-----Install new water pump impeller before your first expedition.

    there is no need for anything to rub inside the flywheel.----And why was the comment about paint on the pick-ups made ??

    The paint should never wear off the coils.-----No fuel to the bottom cylinder means an issue with reed valves or bottom crankshaft seal is bad.

    You are doing all this work ?----It is so simple and cheap to pull cylinder heads to inspect for scored cylinders.
