OK, I finally got the boat dried out and have made some progress on the fiberglass work:

I went to pick up the new fuel tank today . . . here are a few pictures below.
The guy put in 4 baffles, which is one more than the original tank . . . and it is 4" shorter as I had specified...

UPDATE: Removed the tank today . . .
After several days of prying and cutting foam it was finally able to break the tank loose from the hull. This boat is starting to wear me out . . .
