    My grown kids come up with their friends take the pontoon and go fast out to play, I seem them when they need gas or are hungry. Not complaining that is why I live where I do and why my boats are old tin, no worries about wear and tear.

    I wanted a loon decoy for the mantle, was very disappointed with what I found online, they were ornaments not decoys. I ended up finding a vintage blanc made in 1979, sanded it and glued the head on. I am not artistic at all, not creative enough to doodle but I am giving it a go.

    I have a pair of vintage step and trim NOS trim tabs was saving them for just the right hull. Agree if you want to do it properly by trim tabs, a plastic fin will only help you porpoise slightly less.

    I was diagnosed in January with high iron levels, scanned have stage 4 liver disease. I still have 2 more tests to do, they have done nothing to treat my high iron levels (it makes you feel awful) just more tests. Good thing it isn't cancer it would have spread before they ever got around to...
