    The Reg on the rail does not actually regulate pressure, it's there as a damper, it try's to reduce the pulses coming from the fuel pump. Make sure the Reg on the fuel module is not clogged up. It needs to be able to return over pressure back to low side of pump module. Needs a good cleaning

    No Fuel will only come up to carb when motor is cranking. Disconnect fuel line at carb, place end of line in something that will catch the fuel and crank the motor

    Either Mercury Perfect seal if you can find it, or Permatex 80019 (Aviation Sealant form a gasket)

    Manual 2 on pg 8A-7 list resistance wire should be 1.8-2.0 ohms so 4.0 to 5.0 amps depending on if there is 8 to 9V 1.8 ohm

    New gimbal bearings are stiff. Put alignment bar in and make sure it goes all the way in. Smack the bar hard with your hands, up/down/left/right a few times.
