    AC systems are easy. If there was freon left, I would consider having it reclaimed. I do wish I had the larger AC service cart /vac/etc I had access to years ago vs a small vac pump Dealing with damaged parts from Amazon is the biggest PITA

    To get a double wall casting, there are two sand cores. They would shift during the process. You don't need a temp sensor

    Check the raw water supply fitting at the forward edge of the outdrive where the hose attaches. If corroded, replace it Guessing this is a new to you boat. What other maintenance have you done they the prior owner neglected?
