    Ayuh,...... That zero could be Tdc, compression, or Tdc exhaust, so you have to be Sure it's Tdc on the compression stroke, not the exhaust stroke,..... Otherwise, it won't start, nor run,....

    Ayuh,..... I donno how yer spinnin' such a prop, as the Alpha drives only have 16" between the prop shaft, 'n the housing,.... My best guess is, with the 1.5:1 ratio, you'll need a 21" or 23" pitch, which will be something just over 14" diameter,.....
