    I messed up in my first comment A 4 blade 21 = a 3 blade 23 , currently get 3800 RPM Try 3 blade 17 = not much difference You getting more RPM but less speed Might need the prop checked. If blades are bent some the prop might be ventilating

    Depending on how close it is, the pulley can be moved in. A cheap pulley puller/installer can adjust I'm seeing all pulleys are 5 rib but I'm not able to determine if they are the same width due to optics. Are all pulleys clean and smooth

    Initial thoughts A 4 blade 21 = a 3 blade 19 , currently get 3800 RPM Try 3 blade 17 = not much difference The 17 should have at least seen 4000 if not 4200 RPM Recheck RPM with 17 and let us know If you still are not getting much difference the guessing the health of the motor is in question...

    Check your tensioner If to little tension the belt will slip some. Don't know what you spec is but maybe 1 inch max deflection at longest span

    The drive seals water out but does not keep lube out of bilge. With the drive shaft seal leaking it will fill the upper bellows and the start leaking into the bilge, Need the drive shaft removed to replace seals While your at it check tolerances to make sure they are in spec.

    The trim limit goes out ever so often and many folks just bypass it. There is a much easier way to bypass without cutting wires but that is another discussion The purple/white goes to the trim limit

    The inlet hose goes on top The one hole is not stripped out, it's made that way and should have a longer bolt with lock washer and nut. Holds pump to bracket

    You have a loose or badly corroded connection. The ALT wire when running and if RPM is increased to 1200 RPM even once it should produce 14V or higher If RPMs are not increased then it will read Bat voltage Either way you have a bad connection somewhere, and yes it will be hard to find
