Wiring my 14’ sea king from scratch….help!

Don't see any reason to split the power, and motor that can be pull started in most cases you should not need to combine For a trolling motor I would use a deep cycle Typical wiring

Wiring my 14’ sea king from scratch….help!

The Blue sea block gets only one hot and one ground. Each switch gets one hot coming from one fuse. The other side of the switch goes to the component your powering. The ground from the component being power returns to ground bus. Your motor charging system outputs 7 amps which will not be...

    Sea-fire alarm on start up

^^^Agree, it's the alarm sounding because there is no oil pressure. Older boats will do this unless there is a time delay relay like on higher end boats. Newer EFI motors don't do this because of the motors computer. A time delay relay can be installed to give you a few seconds

    Bad hesitation at 1200 rpm

Doesn't have to be, but that is where it normally is placed. Just want to know where it is now. The accelerator pump can be moved if more fuel is needed. The power valve is what is used to transition from just above idle to more power.

Replacing lift cyl power trim hose, how much heat to use?

The manifold is aluminum and maybe what is actually causing the leak, but time will tell once apart. Removing the manifold will allow the heating to be done faster (less heat sinking) but then you have an issue of the gasket. I might try a heat gun before Map
