I would put them straight up on Craigs list and market place and offer them free to anyone else. Free boats will almost always cost more then they are worth. Just taking them to the dump will cost
I have not read anything that makes a stock 8.1 more prone to reversion then any other motor. If the motor has not been changed from when it came from the factory there should be no issue.

Tabs of any kind will help bring the bow down, they also create drag. They will also reduce speed, just how much is the variable. The so called non-adjustable "smart" (funny) tab will not help level the boat

No, it should go thru the trailer switch and get connected to the blue. If it was spliced to the blue then this would be done to bypass the trim limit on the drive

What motor do you have?
The alarm works by a ground being applied by either the temp or oil switches. When key is turned ON power is applied to one side of the alarm.
Find the oil and temp switches and disconnect wires one at a time until the alarm stops.

Understand the LED part, but Nav lights don't get used much with most boaters, you could be different. They still make incandescent bulbs, should be able to find them at auto parts store

Did think about it some more, and I can get by with a smaller safe. I have my little Sentry safe which can be used to just keep ammo, use the new for guns
