    Issue with mercury is I don't know of anyway to determine if it's NOT there, or in any food. I use to play with it as a kid. Teachers use to bring it in during science class

    TN has fish advisory, which water ways? I use to bring home stringers of fish every time I went out, not counting when I ran the trout lines. Put my stuff up at 18 and now being over 60 think I might need to try it again. Would cook Bass mostly same as the rest, batter and deep or pan fry

    Thanks I'm ok with frozen being in KY. Big issue is the samon frozen stuff is real thin, like who want's that stuff. Found some fresh at Kroger yesterday made up in 1 pound packages at $12 for salmon and $10 for Tilapia. Picked up some but dang ribeye is $7
