    1996 130HP Evinrude

Kind of like when I used to get a Bad Cold, I would get a bottle of Rum, and in no time it was gone, not the Cold...

    1984 Evinrude 25hp mounting

Keep in mind, that your boat has pronounced Keel, and even though it does end a bit in front of the transom, there can still be turbulent water behind it. You might have to drop down a bit. One other caution, you might find the engine inside the boat with you, with that method of securing it it

Mercury 90 running super rough, fuel coming out from throats of carbs.

My 84 115 didn't like idling when the Floats got stuck

Bow rising and taking a long time to come on plane

Maybe, decent pics that show the engine's height in relation to the hull, and what the Bracket looks like, will certainly provide more info. Camera has to be shooting level, as in not tilted up or down, and that will require it to be at the Height of the Bottom of the boat. Pics from the Side...

Mercury 90 running super rough, fuel coming out from throats of carbs.

It won't be inexpensive, just getting the carbs off, is a pain. Factor in the time to disassemble, clean, reassemble, reinstall, and doing the Link and Sync, adds up in time, and therefore Dollars. Hopefully the guy you're taking it has the proper info for setting the carbs and the L&S

2-Stroke Intermittent Bogging During Break-In (25:1 oil mix)

Check and recheck all the wiring, and connections, including grounds in the Ignition system. Do a Spark test when the engine is hot, to verify that the system can produce a Spark that can jump 3/8" at each Cylinder

‘83 Glastron Sx-190 looking for other owners

I have a Volvo. Somewhere in the 1.5:1 range. It lost a lot of Hole shot when I put the 4bbl and had to jump up in pitch several inches to bring the RPM down to 5000, which was still 200 higher than what Volvo stated for that engine.

    Boat Ramp Etiquette

Everywhere I have launched, who ever is at the front of the line, onshore, to the ramp goes next, be it launching or loading. I have never seen anyone drag a boat along the dock to be closer to the Ramp. One time, one of the Lake Lice figured he could stand with his PWC in the center of a lane...

‘83 Glastron Sx-190 looking for other owners

When I had the 4bbl on it it was about 66-67, with the 2bbl it gets a bit over 60

    Engine turning over very slowly

Perhaps, but that isn't the only place a Voltage drop can be caused, weak Battery, bad Cables, loose/dirty Connections, as previously mentioned are also suspects

2003 8hp Merc...trying to find high altitude jets

Jets are not an item most dealers keep in stock(unlike spark plugs, they rarely need changing). If available, they can order them

Boat two stroke engine stalls when throttle is applied unless I throttle up very slowly

Could also be dirt/gum in the Idle Circuit, you can adjust all day but, only leaner, not richer. Another cause could be a Misadjusted Carb-Spark Sync

    Evinrude year

That is not what the 77 brochure said. The 25 was the 31.8 cu. in. but the 20 was still a 22 inch block. Probably using up old Inventory. In 78 or 79 they likely went with the bigger block

    Boat Ramp Etiquette

Dropping a person off and waiting offshore, frees up the dock for those launching/loading solo. Next Trailer in line gets to load. The 'I was first at the dock' crowd must have real problems with those who have one person bringing the trailer from the cottage, and another driving the boat over

    Boat Ramp Etiquette

Everywhere I have launched, it was the line up to the ramp that determined who loaded/unloaded next.
