    Glad to see you found a Snake Oil that worked. It is usually 2 strokes that get Rings that are stuck because of Carbon buildup.

    No. It is a 3rd Party manual that was far ahead of the Clymer and Seloc manuals. I can't remember who published it, as the first several pages are missing, and so is the Spine. It covers most makes between 1955 and 1971. It was the 1972 Edition, my dad bought it in 72

    I find that if you put a 2 stroke and 4 stroke side by side, and both hit the gas, the 2 stroke will be across the lake and back before the 4 stroke is on plane

    The 4 Strokes are certainly Porkers, and are a lot slower with the Holeshot. I can see why there are a lot of People asking if they can Ski with 115s and even larger engines, when with 2 strokes, a 40, even less would have pulled them up

    Well the Dwell will have to be set with the Cap off the Distributor, but it is checked with the engine running, and once it is correct, the Timing can be checked and adjusted

    When the temp drops the Relative Humidity goes up, and that is very unbearable, as Sweat can no longer evaporate, and body temp goes up. I strive to keep the humidity below 30% inside the house.

    I do enjoy watching people who have only driven FI Cars/Trucks trying to start a Boat with a Carb. It was too bad they couldn't engage the Starter in Gear, some of them may have made it across the Lake on Battery
