    Two things not good The impeller in the drive will have a hard time sucking up from a tub. The water needs to be at or above the level of the pump, so at least even with trim rams One of the clear hoses is kinked.

    Totally draining even once can damage a Bat so it won't come back. With Bat disconnected from charger for a couple hours it should be no lower the 12.6V

    Gauges go bad all the time and so long as your measuring 14+V you should be good. Now the other Bat being low can be the issue for the Bat. Look at how it gets charged. Is it charged from a ACR, Isolator or just the Bat switch?

    Seeing the 4.9V not so much with motor not running. Does it show the same running?
