replacing the inner prop shaft seal on bravo 3

I don't know of a newer version for the tools Need the 2 piece bearing retainer tool for the inner shaft and the other for the outer carrier You need to remove both shafts. When removing keep track of the shims and make sure they go back in the same way and number

    Crank Position Sensor

No, sensor is not needed. The timing covers are being made with the capability, instead of make 2 types. Just needs a plug https://www.eficonnection.com/home/product/crankshaft-sensor-plug-and-bolt-kit-plastic

    Disc Brake Identification

When the pistons get pushed back into their bores, the brake fluid is pushed back into the master cylinder. There could be more then the master can hold, it needs to go somewhere. Might spill out of can use something to suck excess out

Not bothered by the one at 100, could be anything and not really be a factor when running That said, if your gauge is accurate then the motor may just be getting tired Is the timing set correctly, is timing advancing and if so how much? How do the plugs look, all the same or different?

replacing the inner prop shaft seal on bravo 3

As 04fxdwgi25 said, you have a issue with the transom otherwise the goop would not be on the transom assembly
