    Yes, but Correct you need 12v to power the pump but also need 12v to power the switches. The switch energizes one relay using low current 12v.     Your ALT is fine, just need to fix the bad connection. Might be your Bat switch Edit: Might just run a new orange wire to the 90 amp fuse
