    Looks to be code 1642 buzzer open With both doing it I would suspect 12V connection coming from the key power side (purple wire) going to the buzzer. Then the ground side of the buzzer back to the motors (pin 4) Most likely its a loose or corroded connection

    Use standard hitch pin and drilled the hole out so a standard master lock can be used instead of the quick pin Did the same for trailer, use long shank master

    Agree Cannot use a one wire with a isolator, the ALT is unable to see the Bat's. Use a ACR (auto charge relay) but there is a problem with the largest is 120 amp.

    I'm betting bad fuel, did you just fill up maybe, or was there a heavy rain/storm and got water in the tank maybe? Remove filter and dump it into a clear container to see if its clear and smells like gas and just the one serial number is good

    Don't see a slight change with Dizzy causing your issue. The slight bit of gas makes me wonder if your injectors are spraying correctly. It might be that the TPS needs to be adjusted. When its unplugged the voltage goes higher so motor gets more gas. It doesn't do it so much when warmed up...

    RTV is used only in the bottom corners of the intake gasket and bead along valley, it should not go around the intake port

    Don't know of any test. Very high chance its the intake. Its either the intake or head gasket, so the intake has to come off first That is, if the motor has not been dieseling or something else is going on
