    Disconnect the Bat, and don't pull or push anything on the IAC tip Install, turn key ON and listen for it to move in/out Turn OFF and wait a few seconds then start normally

    Thanks it has 3 wires Black Ground Brown Auto - full time 12V power Brown/White Manual Connect Brown and Black to 12V +/- and place in water, pump should turn run Remove bottom and see if float switch has room to move without issues

    Need to back flush everything. VP has the fitting on top the drive where the water comes in from the drive that gets clogged easy To double check your temp gauge use an IR temp gun and the thermostat housing

    Use a hand held Tach and see if it does same thing. Can get a loaner from auto parts place in most cases.

    There is a 5V lead on the TPS, Temp and others and needs to be 5V The Techmate will also show it

    Techmate shows no codes Unplug things and it runs better, but there are still no codes IAC is working backwards and there are still no codes No matter what is done like unplugging things which should throw codes do not I have nothing, hope someone can help

    I understand what your saying, but this should NOT happen. Its all the way open it should read 100 Did you get the wrong IAC or is there a wiring issue?
