    Agree unable to find exact info. Its a Merc carb Contact Mike's Carb Kits and he can advise, but my guess is he will say its PK112 because so far there is only one for all Merc carbs https://www.carburetor-parts.com/ When rebuilding the jets and suck are not replaced

    Look at the other motor for the plate Both motors were installed and were of the same design when originally built. Don't need the motor that was replaced to know how it was built

    Don't know just a comment No way to get "actual" fuel flow info without a sensor. It can reasonably calculate usage based on fuel tables, fuel pressure, tank level and RPM

    Yes, but I wouldn't do it. Bats are heavy and the first Bat is screwed to the deck, screw the other one the same way, just don't use long screws. Remove on of the screws holding the first Bat and see how long they are and do the same

    Search "marine anti siphon valve" and they will show up Aluminum is normal on a aluminum tank so no dissimilar metal. Using Brass with aluminum can induce corrosion

    Oh and USCG requires an antisiphon valve on fuel supply line, one way check valve. No issue with return lines.
