    Always list engine serial number so folks know what your working on. Being a 96 model it should be a TBV ignition. my 95 has one but its a 454. Look at the dizzy cap and rotor, and while many say to replace plugs, I replaced mine a few years ago for the first time and they still didn't need...

    Probably has to be new, but just noticed the 310 CBR is being built with OB. Std is 300 and can go up to 400R. Has vac-u-flush pump out head and anchor windless, so its in the mix.

    The pump should turn ON while the motor is cranking. Once it starts the key is released and pump shuts OFF until oil pressure builds and then it turns back ON. The time from start to run is very short, but pump should run continiously. If the filter was put in backwards it can cut fuel off...

    Looks like traffic will be bad to deal with it. I looked for parking yesterday and it showed a couple fairly close, but today the closets is 1.5 miles. Not bad bad for a hike but guessing everything including the convention center is "pre book" maybe?
